Any chance to return the vertical zooming to 3.1.7? #294

Any version above 3.1.7, instead of being zoomed up 200% from the original 
resolution vertically, now is zoomed up to fit the visible part of the TV, 
resulting in a somewhat "squished resolution", and since I don't like to use 
the filtering, it looks so inexact. I managed to zoom it back with writing 
1.053 (105.30%) in the Vertical Zooming part in the configuration file, but 
after I close the application and open it again, it reverts back to 1.05 (105%) 
resulting once again in inexact vertical scaling. Is there any chance to revert 
the zooming method back to the way it was until 3.1.7? Or at least a way to 
zoom in advanced mode? And yes, similar problem happens with SNES9xGX.

I don't think fceugc needs any change in the display settings. The current 
configuration is the most correct and any change will probably make it worse.

It's already worse. It was most correct in 3.1.6, and changing it back every 
time before opening the current version of the emulator is just too tedious.
