Hide .IPS files from ROM list? #539

Simple. IPS files are also listed along with their accompanying ROMS, so they 
end up showing twice in the list. So for example, if you had an English patch 
for Star Fox 2, then in the list you would see

Star Fox 2
Star Fox 2

The simple solution would be to hide .IPS patches from the list.

Additionally, loading the first of the two files results in an "Invalid File 
Size!" error, possibly because it's trying to load the .IPS as a rom.
