Enhancement: Support to add tags or custom name snapshot saves. #595

So many of the Snes games are two+ playable. I think it would be really neat to 
be able to either tag and/or add customized names to snapshots so it were 
easier to navigate through them to find the correct one you are looking for.

If you have several different single player snapshots for the same game and 
only one or two snapshots for a co-op game that you would like to resume it is 
usually very difficult to distinguish between all the saves. I would just like 
to see some kind of way to narrow down, or simplify the search when you and a 
buddy just simply want to resume a previous game.
