Add option to disable automatic update reminders. #620

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:
Can you please add an option to disable automatic update reminders.

Why it is needed:
When problems are encountered on some systems, we may have to run an older 
version until fixes are made (ie the latest version corrupts my entire HDD, so 
I have to run an older version until that is fixed).  Having to click NO each 
time is a nuissance.  Also, I have to make sure any guests who use the Wii 
don't click update.
