The LZMA-utils v2 format is still in beta, but XAR uses it internally. This
needs implementing.

LZMA-utils has apparently been renamed "XZ". This raises a number of questions 
about other formats that used 
the beta LZMA-utils format, like XAR, and perhaps RPM 5 - do there exist files 
in these formats that use the beta 
LZMA-utils format, and is it compatible with XZ?
