Ignore duplicates in queue

It would be nice if there was an option to ignore duplicates in the queue. I 
often put the same file in 
the queue twice by mistake, and then have to either cancel one or I end up with 
two extracted 
versions. I doubt there's anyone who actually wants a file to be extracted 
twice.
