Black screen after loading Kirby's Dreamland rom

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open VBAgx through the Homebrew Channel. 
2. Open Kirby's Dreamland (USA, Europe) rom [GoodSet or No-Intro it does
not matter].

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of getting the title screen, all I get is a black screen while the
music is playing. Pressing start will begin the game, everything works as
if I were playing the game normaly (sound and controls working fine), but
the screen always stays black no matter what I do (colorize GB rom option,
turning filters ON and OFF).

What version of the product are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

I'm using the latest Wii version of the emulator.

Please provide any additional information below.

The problem seems to occur in all games that can be played in GameBoy Mono
mode (Black and White), as I didn't have any of these problems with Color,
Super or Advance roms.
