SD HC card (8gb) not working right with loading ROMs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.get a 8gb SDHC card
2.launch homebrew channel as well as the program
3.try any roms and it will usally not work but sometimes will.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- what happended is that I got the "ERROR could not read" in many ROMs. 

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.
- no, it happened in Vba GX 2.0.7

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
 - Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?

Please provide any additional information below.

- if I keep pressing reply, It will work eventually, but sometimes the
"saving" takes forever or never works. well, hope to get a small fix for
this soon. Note that it is only with SD HC cards, NOT regular SD cards.
