Describe the bug
Bar - Monitor Specific seems not working
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Have two monitors
Keep Monitor Specific on
Workspaces Bar still show workspaces from two monitors
Expected behavior
It should only show workspaces from corresponding monitor.
For example:
Monitor-A have workspace 1,3,9 on it, Monitor-B have workspace 2,4 on it.
On Waybar, it works well. 1,3,9 only shows on A and 2,4 only shows on B.
On HyprPanel, all monitors shows 1,2,3,4,9, even with Monitor Specific on.
