[Feature] Allow configuring menu placement on screen #491

There is already the option to configure a "Dropdown Gap" in Configuration > Bar. I think it would be nice if you could also configure the left/right placement of each menu, or at least make the menus respect the "Margin Sides" setting by default.

On a sort of semi related note, it would also be cool if changing the opacity of the menus/cards didn't change the opacity of the buttons or contents of the cards.
