repeatedly spawns gpustat process every 2 seconds #503

Describe the bug when I enable menus.dashboard.stats.enable_gpu option it shows GPU usage in the dashboard menu but every 2 seconds it will open gpustat app

To Reproduce 1- install gpustat 2- set the option: menus.dashboard.stats.enable_gpu = true, 3- restart hyprpanel
