Missing Items, Key Items, & Monsters in PanRi Free Roaming. #353

Describe the bug For some reason, I've noticed that there are missing monsters, items, or key items in PanRi Free Roaming. Limited only to the Prixus quest line so far from what I've seen so far.

This happened when I restarted PanRi Free Roaming. I think it was 1 or 2 months ago (I forget a bit, been busy a lot lately). However, I've taken a list of screen shots, and 1 gif so far to show what I mean.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Reset PanRi free roaming. Play through the game normally. Certain locations and items aren't rewarded to the player again. Unique items aren't rewarded to players again, even if they already have it. Being unable to allow the player themselves to send out gifts to other players with key items.

So far, only the items in the Prixus quest areas have these issues that prevent players from advancing forward for some reason. I might need to create an alt later and test this out later.

Expected behavior If everything I listed above is true. Then, there might be some bugs for players that reset PanRi free roaming. And it will prevent them from getting to certain locations. Or prevent them from getting certain items too.

I'll update this thread if I notice anything else that seems off to me for some reason.

The shocktacles were removed in the animesh update.

The respawn timers were not correctly removed when resetting the progress. I have fixed this but you will remain bugged until you reset again.
