Goblin Mage missing in Dark Mountain Woods

Describe the bug When entering inside of the Dark Mountain Woods, I was trying to find the Goblin Mage somewhere around. but for some reason, I don't see him no where, looked inside at the 2nd floor, No where around, I looked in the lake, looked around the woods. and nothing. Seems the NPC is missing to do the Quest: [PVP] The Arena.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

• PanRi Version (If applicable) 0.15.0
• What other mods are you using? Armory of the Ancients, Combat Sounds 0.1.2, Diguh's Weapons, Exotic Erotic Weapon Pack, and Nympho Weapons,
• SL Viewer and version: Firestorm Releasex64 6.6.3.67470

Are you sure it's in darkmountain woods? IIRC he's right inside the arena.
