[x] ~~Tiling homestead textures do not render at full res. Can redraw it as a 4k map and maybe bake normal maps.~~ Tried this and did not look good.
[x] Material probes break when time is updated. Maybe update time every 5 minutes?
[x] Add mirror probes to large bodies of water. Need a list of maps with large bodies of water.
[x] Drunkness effect renders wrong. Disable it until it is fixed.

More things here.

The PanRi day cycle will be changed to 4 hours to match the default SL time cycle. And resync every 25 minutes and when traveling between cells in PanRi. It is the only workaround that I can think of until this is fixed https://jira.firestormviewer.org/browse/FIRE-33542
