Panari Rod crafting's output yelds 2 #521

Describe the bug The crafting for the Panari Rod currently produces 2 rods upon crafting.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Locate an Engineering table
  2. Make sure the Panari Rod schematic was unlocked
  3. Find the craft and look at the output
  4. See the issue

Expected behavior The crafting of the Panari Rod should only yield 1 rod.
