Custom folders #19

It would be nice if devs could create their own custom folders (similar to strapon), such as cum layers. Devs will have to decide on standard naming for these. Feedback welcome!

It would be nice to have a Bits folder for those situations where the bits are the same for all outfits in a group. This would potentially significantly reduce inventory bloat. Then the code would use that common folder rather than looking for one in the outfit folder. In other words, it would be placed at the same level as the Avatar folder, and would have the same internal structure as is currently expected for a Bits folder.

I did request this before. ;-) Anyway, I suspect this isn't what you intended, but I'm dropping it here anyway. [runs VERY fast]
