Item Collection - Add grid for cherry-picking items for specific slots

• Add a second grid (defaultly hidden?) to serve as a staging area.
• Items can be dragged from Item Collection Grid into this grid.
• (?) Items in Item Collection Grid should be filtered out (or greyed out and NOT selectable?)
