Update fotmob all_leagues.csv #7

Non-domestic leagues (including Champions League) were missing. This required users to specify cached = TRUE in various fotmob functions if they wanted data for these leagues.

Additionally, delete season_ids.csv since it's no longer used for fotmob_get_season_stats().
