4)a Create a stable off-axis design and optimize

Once this is accomplished, change the FOV to evaluate the performance change - do not optimize.

Then bring the design on-axis without re-optimizing, change the fov to evaluate the performance change

4)b Do the reverse of 4)a (start with on-axis design and decenter primary mirror)

Begin on-axis obscured, decenter the primary mirror and compare

Begin on-axis unobscured, un-decenter the primary and compare

Compare the two optimally performing designs
