UPG-38: Minor adjustment to sample bloom theme.

This pull request mainly deals with minor changes to the sample bloom theme.

Removed reference to the black and white colors in the bloom theme since these are inherited.
Removed logo reference for bloom theme. The bloom theme is not officially supported by any university.
Removed space in index.html file.
Updated the docs grunt task to run the yuidoc tool in both dev and production environments.
