Adds a Mech vendor to the Mech Pilot area which allows the dispensing of basic mechs, Mech Weaponry, Ammunition, and utility Systems
Why It's Good For The Game
Mechs are not counted in the Identifier Friend or Foe system, multiple pilots have lost their vehicles due to over zealous machine gunners lack of fire discipline, and have been forced to continue operation due to the inability to replace them.
