Costume Submission form errors #7

Chrome Version 94.0.4606.71 Windows 10 Pro, 21H1, build 19043.1237 Time: Less than 5 minutes from start to end (was very quick)

I think 6 files were submitted, 1.6-1.8Mb per. (Will forward to Jason)

Also there's no alternate submission information presented should this form fail. I emailed the photos to gml@garrisontitan.com to which Mel Kollmorgen replied.

Attempted to submit again this morning 11:28AM PDT 2021-10-11, (buried) error returned on the form was "The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.". This was the same error as yesterday's original form submission.
