Feature Request: Manually reorder saved rolls #41

Describe the feature or improvement you would like It would be nice if it were possible to manually arrange saved rolls by dragging.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've tried to use the alphabetic sort function to arrange rolls in a manner that makes sense to me, but it would be nice to be able to manually sort them.

Is your feature request related to a problem or frustration? It's helpful to be able to arrange rolls in a manner that is intuitive and related to how often they're used. It can be frustrating when various actions your character takes are all over the alphabet.

I like the idea. I've been recently just starting the names of my rolls with the creature name but I do see the value in manual reorder for the future
