TODO comments in PR get reposted with every commit #280

This is more of a general inquiry (i'm not sure if it's a bug). But when I have TODOs in a PR they get commented (good), but if i keep commiting it reposts those same TODOs & when I remove the TODO comments in the code & push to the PR, the comments stay & don't get removed.

Is there a way to make this happen in the configs? Here is the PR I'm referring to: https://github.com/activeloopai/Hub/pull/822
