diatheke-set-bible command does not work... When I issue that it says in the minibuffer: "Lisp nesting exceeds 'max-lisp-eval-depth' This is a great module. But seems to be abandoned... Could you fix this issue and whenever you have time work more on it? It can help many people to study God's Word. May God Bless you...

So we have a public record of this, I've found you're using Debian Sid, Emacs 25.2, and SWORD 4.7; using a similar setup in a VM I've been unable to reproduce the issue. I'm thinking about other possible causes so I can ask your help in testing on your machine. What other minor or major modes or global modes are you running at the same time as diatheke-mode?

Hi Jasson, I am not sure, but, perhaps, the problem might be that my diatheke is not installed through apt-get. I install it from sources, because when I do through apt-get, diatheke prints a repeated line of the any Bible verse because it is has a bug or something like that and it has happened for some years now... I use a script to install diatheke from sources...

But, at the same time, I purged it and installed from the repo and after running it inside emacs I had the same error (pinting a repeated verse) and complaining about the same issue I told you... Then I purged it and installed again from sources. Everything works, except that it does not get a diatheke Bible modulelist as it expected. It works only on terminal CLI...

I also thought that the problem was realated to evil-mode, but I disabled it and tried using emacs default and the error remains...

I already tried with orgmode, normal txt, markdown, but modulelist does not show up. Do you get the modulelist from inside emacs? Thx...
