[Feature] Admin panel theming #5

This theme is awesome and way better than the default theme, but sadly its not available on the admin panel, at least from what I've seen, is this a planned feature, if yes, is there a rough ETA for it, if it is not planned, I'd like to know why if you are comfortable sharing the reasoning?

Theming the admin panel should be fairly easy to do actually and definitely worth looking into. I do suggest, however, to make either a toggle for the admin theme or make it a separate extension as some people might want to use Darkenate together with another admin theme.

There is already an admin theme underway in another branch, but I haven't worked on it a ton lately due to the lack of motivation (especially ever since the pelican panel was announced)

I'm not very familiar with adding toggles and whatnot but PRs are always welcome anyways
