We need a page to demonstrate the stopwatch capabilities #2

There should exist a page that has start, stop, reset, etc functionality.

The page that was implemented has a start and stop button and shows the difference between start and stop time in seconds on stop. It does the same thing local to the browser to demonstrate the difference in the times. The lag time is actually really small.
