Add comments to I6, TADS, Hugo, ZIL #257

Can this be put into one feature request, or should it be spread out one for each language? It should be a one line fix for each language.

Ugh. I think this means error producing comments e.g. if we include an object like asdf [hjkl]. Inform 7 export flags this, but I6 export doesn't.
