HiDPI Support #488

Still at least two issues. The floating tooltip label position is off and adaptive toolbar icons on the sidebar would be nice. Generally some SVG icons might do the trick but I haven't dotnet'd in a long time.

Someone with a standard 1080p should probably test and, ideally, someone with mixed monitor DPI.

Looks great on 4K though. :)

I apologize for the delay in getting this merged in. I did a quick check and all seemed well, though further testing may be needed to catch some edge cases....but overall looks good. Thanks
