bot crashes on submissions with non-text chars in them #18

e.g. 

MoviePy error: FFMPEG encountered the following error while writing file Men of Reddit, how are you doing?TEMP_MPY_wvf_snd.mp4:

b'Men of Reddit, how are you doing?TEMP_MPY_wvf_snd.mp4: Invalid argument\r\n'

In case it helps, make sure you are using a recent version of FFMPEG (the versions in the Ubuntu/Debian repos are deprecated).
