idea, change the language #37

can we change the voice of the bot as well as the language, that would be just awesome! In French for exemple.

Okay I could do French English German Indonesian Japanese and a couple other languages (see TTSwrapper.py for the complete list) but it would be an absolute pain to implement so currently that is at the absolute bottom of my to-do list
