Enhancement: specify what videos to download in the .env file #95

A great feature would be to allow the user to specify what videos they want instead of specifying it in backgroud.py file. Just a little easier when it comes to git pulls. Feel free to close this.

A .env is the wrong file type for this A .json or even a .txt would be better
