出了什么问题？问题出现时有错误提示么？有的话请附上

hosts的更新日期是什么时候？
13年7月的版本

您知道经过什么样的步骤能解决这个问题么？
twitter的IP已经不能用了
github已经不用改host就能上，改了，反而不能正常打开，github�
��删掉就OK

GitHub 曾经在首页说过你使用了过时的本地 DNS 
解析，请手动删除之。这样类似的一句话。至于 twitter 
貌似目前也已经修正了罢？（就是在不能用的 ip 
前加了「#」以不妨碍以其他方式访问）感觉貌似作者比较忙�
��。。这么久也没更。
