部分谷歌服务无法访问 #736

出了什么问题？问题出现时有错误提示么？有的话请附上
电脑端Google+提示“403. That’s an error.
Your client does not have permission to get URL /u/0/ from this server. 
That’s all we know.”。
电脑段的环聊一直卡在“正在使用以下身份登录”；手机端��
�环聊提示“无法连接到服务器”。

您的ISP名称（例如北京联通）？
杭州华数

hosts的更新日期是什么时候？
电脑手机均是最新版

您知道经过什么样的步骤能解决这个问题么？

环境：上海电信20M光纤，上海联通3G网络。
电脑hosts：#UPDATE:2013-12-07 12:16
手机hosts：用smarthosts更新到最新版
浏览器：Chrome，傲游

问题：
电脑端的环聊一直卡在“正在使用以下身份登录”，在电信��
�联通环境下都无法使用；
手机端的的环聊在两种网络环境下都可以正常使用。

同样问题，山西联通，电脑端环聊连不上，手机还可以使用��
�但消息推送的延迟很严重，自己主动进入环聊才会提醒。。
