Add a contact us page #11

We should a contact link which lists some sort of website address. (Can be forwarded to another email)

Just noticed the feedback option on the userbar. Maybe this would be the place for this page.

currently the feedback button links to a poll created by us to gather feedback data but it needs to be remade and contain more appropriate questions. I think this is all that is needed.
