add a transit page #14

after user create poll, they may be lead to a page including 1.a congratulation message, 2.a link to the poll which can be copy, 3.a button which can take user to the poll he created.

after user create poll, the first demand is to share the poll to the others, instead of taking the poll to check if it works good.(that is our first demand! LOL)

I think this is a good idea. I thought it was weird to be taken to the poll just after creating it.

I added the poll details page. Let me know if this is what was needed.

fixed a little grid bug and yes, that is I thought the thing user expected.
