Do we want to make the text on the homepage more descriptive? #7

Not meaning to step on the toes of whoever wrote it, but do we want to change the text to be more descriptive. Right now they all end in exclamation points which seem to indicate excitement over the feature rather than instructions on how to use them.

Dr. Roy has really emphasized usability so we want to make sure that all of our design is really obvious.

It might also help if we added some lines to help group the buttons into categories. The create poll button is conceptually in a category of it's own whereas the rest of the index page has to do with the retrieval of polls.

I added an expandable div at the start of the homepage saying whether you are logged in or not and some extra description on what the difference is.

The homepage content was updated well, but we can still make a lot of aesthetic changes. Aiming for colours, custom fonts, and adjust layout to be less cluttered. Add a footer containing the about us link
