Use cases links might be broken

In some of the use cases, there are mentions of other use case number that reference another use case that helps in the explanation, for example in this picture:

Here, the use case I mention is the underlined text. This underline does nothing, and seems to be a broken hyperlink. Similar issues appear in the other use cases, which I think is inconvenient because readers will have to scroll through the use cases multiple times to refer to the referenced use case number.
