Start dates are allowed to be a date way back in the past, which shouldn't be possible #6

This event creation command:

ecreate n/Event r/20 people sd/2/2/1111 0000 l/This road dsc/dsc

is allowed.

However, the year is 1111, which shouldn't be possible. It might be helpful to consider an error message for these kinds of events that are too far back in the past.
