Will you upgrade Nagios to the current version? #166

Your Docker image uses Nagios version 4.5.0. But the current updated version of Nagios is 4.5.2. Are you planning to update the Docker image to 4.5.2?

I submit updates to the most recent Nagios version once per month but my MRs (e. g. https://github.com/JasonRivers/Docker-Nagios/pull/169) don't get merged frequently. You can use my clone which I keep up-to-date: https://github.com/wolframroesler/Docker-Nagios
