Ah, just now understood what this was about. Thanks for the script. In the old 
code, it would have been used for embedding the ARM code for resetting the chip 
into the stm32flash C program. And this script was indeed missing. However, 
this conversion is not used any longer, the new reset code is very simple and 
the ARM build infrastructure is not needed. See issue 34.
