[enhancement] Allow users to disable sounds and vibrations #1

It is very interesting game to play on Firefox OS device but i believe that we need option to turn off sounds.

I would do it but i dont know how. I also changed the issue to address turning off vibration. I believe that is the part of all [enhancement] thing.
