Option to name a track using both the starting point and the end point #1189

We can choose it to be the date, the place or a number.
But, it could be "From here to there".

Or, also, the date and those information:
"Date XX from here to there".

Or, better yet!!! It could be customizable and we choose the order of the 
information and which information would show. Like:
#number# "|" #date# ":" #where# "-" #to#
And it would write the track as:
23|11.08.12:Los Angels - New York.
