Force post archetype to use ISO8601 with a UTC timezone #14

since post metadata in the yaml frontmatter uses the system TZ, whereas I'd like things standardized so if i move timezones then it won't be inconsistent

Closed since it's not that big of an issue, it's just metadata at the end of the day
