General cleanup

• [x] Colour.symlink at some point needs to be fixed for the overflow case
• [x] inputrc.symlink refers to /etc/inputrc, which doesn’t exist on Mac. Maybe some switching logic? See what this line is supposed to do first though
• [x] iterm2_shell_integration.symlink should be updated to the latest
• [x] Specific.symlink is useful, but seems like an anti-pattern. I wonder if there’s a way to .gitignore all future changes to the file after committing it (try committing it first then .gitignoreing it)
• [x] env.symlink may not be needed, check based on pydotfiles implementation
• [x] Add in gifs to the readme and pretty-ify the README more
• [x] Refactor macos/setup-defaults, it’s pretty gnarly
