The first column is the CPU percentage and the second is the CPU time.
The helper with the most load sometimes even runs on 180%.
When I run the app without throttling it drags the whole machine down.
With cputhrottle and limiting the beaffy process to 60%, I keep a steady performance in the app and the machine keeps working as without problems.
