General improvement ideas

This "issue" is just to keep track of my ideas.

• Grab show info when moving between items in the EPG (or info window) instead of at the beginning. Possibly use another thread. (Can't implement this until another version of XBMC is released that has the GetEpisodeDetails JSON call)
• Timed sleep confirmation window.
• Control scheme configuration.
• "Live TV" and "previous channel" buttons. Also page up and page down in EPG.
• Other image types for channel icons. Perhaps go through a list to see what exists and then use that.
• Channel data synced for multiple TVs.
• Option to reverse EPG list order
• Tab key to put PseudoTV into the background.
