Added Dutch language file Change English text from "Force reset..." to "Force channel reset..."

I took the merge into stable-pre and am closing this one that goes into master.

For language updates only to pre-eden? Will the rest also be localized in the future?

Master is the latest official release. Stable-pre is my test branch. Both branches are for Dharma and Eden, so checking into stable-pre will end up in Master once I release it.
