Alba is not working for Azure Function #74

As mentioned in the title of the issue I am trying to do the integration test for the Azure function but Alba is unable to find the end point. Any suggestions?

@kmughal You'd have to add a lot more context here. I'm not sure Alba would be useful for Azure functions like that, Alba depends on a local app running in memory
