These add the changes I showed the other day, namely:

Using the body of the cards to hold tags, and using the footer within the cards to hold links
Update card image css so there is a consistent border around the images
adjust card grid so the cards are spaced evenly, and people cards are a bit wider to accommodate longer names

I didn't include the changes to publication cards yet, as I want to spend a bit more time on them.
